PROBLEM

As a commercial and residential real estate business, Genecov is one of the more recognized and established brands in Tyler. But their brand didn’t carry a specific message, it was just a logo on a sign (or a few different iterations of a logo). This not only missed an opportunity to communicate the heart behind the impactful role they played in the community, but it left a messaging void that citizens could fill with their own imagination.

SOLUTION

We started by setting goals and firming up their foundation with fresh messaging and branding. Then we deployed that foundation across all their public-facing platforms: social media, signs, fliers, videos, a new website and more. We also assisted leadership in empowering their employees with specifics on how to answer the questions “where do you work?” and “what does Genecov do?”
