PROBLEM

The client was a successful working doctor with a wide range of experience in behavioral health operations and wanted to start a consulting business based on her expertise. There was interest from potential customers, but the business was starting from scratch. It didn’t have a brand or even a name. The client needed a marketing plan that would get the business started and be ready to expand as the business grew.

SOLUTION

We started with messaging because there’s no better way to get to know a client’s heart behind their business than a messaging workshop. We helped lead the client to a business name that represented her work and we knew had an available URL for her online presence. Then we built a unique brand (incl. letterhead, presentation templates and business cards) that led to an engaging website.
